Electrical Protectorate tracer concept

A small anti-air vehicle made by the electrical protectorate, who are in principle a bunch of over-sensitive AI's, who got so depressed by the concept of entropy that they decided to destroy everything

Although I made some mistakes in the design philosophy of the protectorate (only their super-weapon, a trans-dimensional godlike monster (think Cthulhu) uses tentacles) the overall design of the unit was accepted by the dev. team
